Pine Mountain B&B

Where do I start- If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would - We mistakenly booked this thinking it was the Pine Mountain Resort at the state park. We arrived and the picture on the website was so deceiving. Parking is immediately off the street next to houses crammed next to each other. You have the wonderful background of passing cars late into the evening. The room was filthy, There were only enough towels for 1 person and the towels that were supplied had black stains on them- There is no-one on sight to ask for additional towels. We booked 3 days and no clean towels supplied ,we tried

The good:- we were able to gather a large family together in one place for a memorial service.- There was plenty of parking.The Bad: -The host was hard to reach and slow to respond- There was a lack of linens, ie there were not the same number of towels and wash cloths as there were allowed occupants in the rooms- They were apparently overbooked as there were at least 3 other parties that came into the space we thought we had completely rented for our stay.- The showers should have handheld shower heads so that you can redirect the direction while waiting for the water to warm up. I am shocked to see reviews saying this place was clean. It was absolutely not. From used toothpicks in the loveseat to just dirt this was absolutely disgusting. I did not even stay. Left a message and am waiting for a response.
